Chamber concert

The Lisztmania concert introduces the music deeply rooted in tradition yet is not shied away from modern sounds. The stage will bring together the artworks telling the stories from the heart of Central Europe such as Béla Bartók´s energetic Romanian Folk Dances or Franz Liszt´s passionate Hungarian Rhapsodies. Antonín Dvořák´s Serenade for Strings offers gentle tones in contrast to Johannes Brahms´ lively Hungarian Dances that will positively catch you in the vortex.
Liszt Ferenc Kamarazenekar, one of the most respected Hungarian chamber orchestras, will bring energy and precision into this concert. With more than half a century of history, this orchestra has performed on the world´s most prestigious stages: New York Carnegie Hall or the Musikverein in Vienna and has received numerous prestigious awards, such as the Franz Liszt Prize and the Bartók–Pásztory Prize. It is a proof that orchestra´s masterful interpretations resonate at the highest artistic levels.

Taking into regard the character of the event, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the entry in case of inappropriate clothing. No entrance is allowed as of the concert starts. In case of bad weather, only tickets from sector 1 will remain valid and the concert will take place on the same date in the DK Ružinov building, Ružinovská 28, Bratislava. Other tickets will be returned in full.  

In case of unsuitable weather as of the concert starts the entrance fee will not be refunded.
