The native of Munich shines on the biggest and most famous opera stages. The most famous characters this opera superstar portrayed are Otello, Don José from Carmen, Mario Cavaradosii from Tosca, or Parsifal from Wagner´s opera Parsifal.

Taking into regard the character of the event, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the entry in case of inappropriate clothing. No entrance is allowed as of the concert starts.

At the events is prohibited to use umbrellas.

In case of an inclement weather conditions the concert will take place in the premises of the Slovak Philharmonic. In this case, the only valid tickets are those from the VIP sector (rows I - XIV on the ground floor, rows XV - XVI at the balcony) and those from sector 3 (balcony seats - free seating). Other tickets will be fully refunded (sector 1, 2, 4 and 5). In case the inclement weather arises after the start of the concert, the entrance fee is non-refundable.

The event JONAS KAUFMANN & Slovak Philharmonic, which was supposed to take place on 8th September 2024 at 7pm, is postponed due to health reasons of Mr. Kaufmann for a new date on 4th September 2025 at 7pm. Tickets remain valid. In the event of an unsatisfactory alternative date, customers can request a refund. This application must be submitted by 20th September 2024 (inclusive). Customers who have purchased tickets through the predpredaj.sk website will receive this information by email. In case of non-delivery of the email, check the spam / spam folder or contact reklamacie@predpredaj.sk

Customers who purchased tickets at a point of sale can claim a refund directly there, also until 20th September 2024 (inclusive).
