Everyone needs a home. No address means no right to freedom.
In October 2018, being homeless became a criminal offence in Hungary. By passing the law, Viktor Orbán’s government only further stomped on a humiliated those who are unable to secure or maintain a home while endangering thousands of innocent lives. STEREO AKT bring homelessness on stage, and, together with a social worker and two actors, create an interactive theatrical role-playing game, where audiences follow a game plan and ‘earn‘ money for food, shelter and clothing, listen to the stories of people who live in the street and advice for living without a roof over one’s head, and even experience the feelings of a human being who lives in a world with no address.
