Dear customers,
We would like to provide you with information on how to request a refund:
- unless the event is officially canceled, no refunds are possible
- if the event is canceled, all customers will receive this information via email, including a refund procedure
The procedure for a legitimate refund is as follows:
- if you have purchased tickets online you will be contacted by our complaints department
- If you have purchased tickets at one of our points of sale, you must arrive at the point of sale and the refund will be handled on site
Please send your refund requests in separate emails (not by replying to an email sent by us):
- if you paid by card online (cardpay) we ask you to send variable order number and the payment will be returned to your card
- if you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you to send variable order number and IBAN account number
We ask that you follow the instructions above. Eligible refunds will be processed gradually.
