6th dm WOMENS RUN 2017

Advices and basic information

Time of event:          10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Start of run:             2:00 p.m. – 4 km run (start and finish Eurovea)
    4:00 p.m. – 10 km run (start and finish Eurovea)

Track:                      two disciplines – 4 km and 10 km

                                                  (Should there be more runners as expected the start will be organized in waves to ensure fluent race)

    on Saturday, 23rd Sept. 2017 from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm in the place of event  

After the registration form is correctly completed the system offers you to pay via card or internet banking. After the start fee is paid you will obtain a payment confirmation as well as an e-mail with the EAN code which you please print out and bring with you to the presentation.

Start fee:                10,- € the first 555 registered runners with paid start fee

                               12,- € other runners

                              

A part from the start fee together with contributions of the event´s partners will go to the completion of the sports part of a selected kind´s ground in Bratislava within the 6th dm sport zone project. More information about the project dm sport zone and it´s realization in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 you can find on the web site of the event.   

Paid fee will be not refunded. In case you announce your absence till 5th September 2017 the runner has the possibility to shift the start fee to the next year of this event.  

Possibilities of paying the start fee:

  • Credit card or internet banking – these forms will enable you to check the registration as well as the payment in the list of participants
  • personally in the place of registration  

Categories and age limit:    Ž main category                      (year of birth 1978 - 1999)

                                               Ž40 – age 40 – 49 years         (year of birth 1968 – 1977)

                                               Ž50 – age 50 – 59 years         (year of birth 1958 – 1967)

                                               Ž60 – age 60 and more years (year of birth 1957 and before)

We would like to draw your attention to the age limit:

The minimal age for the 4 km track is 14 years, i.e. year of birth 2003 and before.

The minimal age for the 10 km long track is 16 years, i.e. year of birth 2001 and before.

Presentation and picking up of start numbers: Eurovea, Bratislava

(the concrete place will be specified together with the technical map of the event)

- on Thursday, 21.9.2017 from 12:00 am to 7:00 pm

- on Friday, 22.9.2017 from 12:00 am till 7:00 pm

- on Saturday, 23.9.2017 from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm

Start package includes:      

  • start bag with many gifts from partners of the event
  • start number with name (when registered and paid the start fee till 31.8.2017),
  • refreshment on track (only for the 10 km run),
  • refreshment after crossing the finish line,
  • a medal after crossing the finish line
  • SMS with the finish time to the handy number given in the on-line application,
  • changing rooms,
  • deposit for personal belongings

Together with the on-line registration you can buy a participant T-shirt for 20,- EUR in your size. The amount of T-shirts is limited. If there are T-shirts available also after registration, you can buy them during the event as well. To reserve a bigger amount of T-shirts write to info@becool.sk.

Insurance: All participants are obliged to provide themselves own individual health insurance. The organizer is not responsible for the property or health damages related to the transport, stay and participation of the competitors in the event. Each participant starts at her own risk.

Time measurement: via chips is provided by the VOS-TPK company. The chip is part of the start number you will get during presentation.            
     

Results: Will be published after the event on sportsofttiming.sk and on bratislavamarathon.com. Runners will be placed in the result list according to the „gun start“(official time - from the shoot
until the runner has crossed the finish line). In the result list there will be also information about the achieved net time.  

Protests: Protests have to be submitted verbally to the chief arbiter within 30 minutes after the results announcement at latest. Appealing against the decision of the chief arbiter, accounted by 10 €, has to be submitted to the jury in written form within 30 minutes after the official announcement of the chief arbiter´s decision.

Material prizes: The first three women in the total order in each of the disciplines and age categories will get material prizes.

Changing rooms and deposit: Changing rooms and deposit of personal belongings will be placed in the start/finish area.

Emergency aid: In the start/finish area as well as along the track, emergency and rescue aid will be available.

The Organizer BE COOL, s.r.o. retains the right to adapt and nearly specify some data stated in these propositions, especially as to vis maior circumstances as well as the right to stop the registration should the participants limit has been reached.
